Lund, justice of the peace. Ryan is alleged to have administered, a "fatal dose of poison to his son, James i LeRoy Ryan, 7 years of age. on last Septembor 4. At the same time Ryan attempted his own life with poison. The father is alleged to have in-, duced the boy to take the poison, promising that he would see his mo-1 ther.
