J. Anderson, Ander-son, of, in and to tho following described de-scribed property, to -wit: Situated in Ogden City, Weber county, coun-ty, Utah, and particularly described as follows: A part of lots 4 and 5, block 14, plat A, Ogden City survey; beginning at tho northwest corner of said lot 5, and running thence east along the north lino of said lot3 5 and 4, 264.6 feet to tho east lino of said lot 4, thence south along tho east line of lot 4, 41.25 feet, thence west 264.6 feet to tho west lino of said lot 5, thence north 41.25 feet to tho placo of beginning.
