"Fin," as he is familiarly known to almost every young person in Ogden, worked for the Ogden Union Ilailway &. Depot Co. prior to joining Uncle Sam's forces. Ho was one of the first stalwart stal-wart Weber county boys to leave for Camp Lewis after the declaration of war, joining Battery D of the 3-iSth field artillery. "Fin" is well pleased with the service and the way Uncle Sam looks after his boys who are shouldering the task of giving the kaiser the big punch that will put him down for the count "Fin" has a host of friends in Ogden who will give him a rousing welcome when he returns homo from tho battlefields. |
