Robb Punington. son of William Will-iam M. and Elizabeth Robb Purring-ton, Purring-ton, died of pneumonia Saturdav night at his home, 2C50 Lafayette avenue. The deceased had complained of illness ill-ness for some days but did not take to his bed until a week ago Friday when it was found he was suffering of Spanish influenza. Mr. Purrington -was born at West Weber. February 15, 187S, and was one of twelve brothers. For the past ten years he had been a faithful employe em-ploye of the Ogden Packing fc Provision Provis-ion company and was a zoalous workor in the Church of Jesus Christ of Lat- tor-day Saints, having been first secretary sec-retary of tho West Weber Sunday j school, then superintendent. He came io Ogden in 1903 and sinco that time (has acted as ward teacher, stako sec- rotary of religion class and upon the organization of tho Twelfth ward became be-came president of the Elders quorum. There are left to mourn him beside his father and mother, his widow, : Maggie McCloy Purrington, and children. chil-dren. Lucilc, Robert and Frances and his brothors. George William W., James 13., Charles G., Franklin A., Stanley A., who is now at Camp Fremont, Fre-mont, Cal.. and Robert Lee, who is at Camp Lewis. Wash. The funeral servico will be held at 2 p. m., today, at tho grave side, when the body is removed from its resting place in the Lindqulst chapel.
