Show FIRM LABOR WILL BE CONSIDERED AT J CONVENTION The Weber County farm bureau has been asked to send a delegate to a convention to be held in Salt Lake at the Hotel Utah, on April 23, for the purpose of considering the farm labor prospects for the coming season. The request was made by Dr. E. G. Peter-on, Peter-on, president of the Utah Agricultural Agricultur-al college, and chairman of the food production committee of the State Council of Defense. A delegate will attend the meeting from Weber county, coun-ty, although he has not been selected. County Agent Z. P. Thomas said this morning that the labor outlook for the season was fairly j-'ood at present bat there was no telling what would develop de-velop before the season is over. There is hand labor enough at present, he I said. |
