Show oo Society s MARRIED IN BRIGHAM CITY. The marriage of Louise Berg of Brigham City and Martin James Cleary of Ogden was celebrated at high noon-today noon-today at the home of the bride's par-1 ents in Brigham City, Bishop E. Ba.1-lentyne Ba.1-lentyne officiating. The bride Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Ballentyne, residents of Brigham Brig-ham City for many years. During the past year she has been employed ft the Ogden Furniture and Carpet company. com-pany. Mr. Cleary is the son of Mrs. Mary Saville and is an employe of the local postoffice. He is studying law in local offices. Cleary is well known as one of the local wrestlers and has appeared ap-peared in many interesting matches in this city as well as towns of the inter-mountain inter-mountain states. Following the wedding a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents. Among the presents received by the young couple was a deed for cloven city lots In Ogden from the mother of tho groom. The ladies of the Knitting club of the Comforts Forwarding committee, will meot tomorrow at 2 p. m, with Mrs. F. W. Nichols. LEAVE FOR SAN FRANCISCO Mrs. Walter E. Richards and daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. William Glasmann with her little son, "Billy," left Ogden this morning for San Francisco where the latter will be near her husband who is stationed at Goat Island. FROM SALT LAKE. Mrs. A. Randolph and Mrs. R. Smith of Salt Lake, are visiting friends in Ogden. They are enjoying a trip through the canyon today. i no |
