RELIEF SHIP IS SUNK BY U-BOAT LONDON, March 14, 1:06 a. m The Norwegian steamer Lars Faste- naes (Lars Fostenes) bound from America for Rotterdam with grain for the American relief commission, r has been sunk without warning outside out-side the blockade zone, according to the Norwegian Mercantile shipping Garotte, This announcement was contained in an Exchango telegraph dispatch from Copenhagen. The Central News says that the steamer was sunk in the North sea. No steamer under the name of Lars Fastenas is listed. The Lars Fostenes is a new Norwegian Steamer of 1.259 tons net. She was last reported re-ported as saik-d from New York 1 e-cember e-cember 19 for Rotterdam, arriving at Lousburg. Cap- Breton, on the : 26th.
