Show BENCH WARRANTS TO' BE ISSUED FOR INDICTED When tho. grand jurors, areompan led bv District Attorney Stuart P. Dobbs, filed out of their chamber at noon today. County Commissioner Mar tin P. Brown, who was waiting at the foot of the stairway, his brow corrugated with thought, halted Mr. Dohhs with this question 'Who is goint: tn p;i the expense ol the prnnd jury? the county, or the state?" 'The county," replied Mr. Dobbs, "but bo of good cheer. Mr. Commission there will be enough revenue from fines, etc., in the prosecution of indictment's indict-ment's returned by this jury, in my present opinion, to defray the entire cost of the gr;md jury." "That's comforting, indeed," said the commissioner. Three Weeks Required. This man was Grover Rollins. 24 years old, a farmer whose wife and baby reside at Hunts-ville Hunts-ville With funds supplied by Lis wife's father, it is alleged, the young man built a comfortable home for his family, then came to Ogden and mortgaged it for several hundred dollars. dol-lars. Reports indicate he hag been having a gay time at Portland. Chief Deputy Charles Plncock has been assigned as-signed by Sheriff Peterson to go to the Oregon metropolis and bring the young man back for trial. Bench Warrants Due. Bench warrants for several personb will probably bf issued late this afternoon aft-ernoon for persons already indict ed. The grand jury has heard all kinds of strange tales and complaints, since the inquisitorial work began on March r.
