OCR Text	Show oo SOCIALISTS ADOPT AMERICAN PROPOSAL London, Jan 23, 10:56 a .m Accord ing to the Copenhagen Politiken as quoted in an Exchange Telegraph despatch, des-patch, the Socialist party of Norway has adopted a resolution supporting the American proposal that an international inter-national Socialist congress be summoned sum-moned to meet at The Hague to prepare pre-pare the way for peace. The Norwegian Norweg-ian Socialists suggested that flie congress con-gress be held at one of the Scandinavian Scandinav-ian capitals They also adopted a protest pro-test against the deportation of Belgians.
