Mr. Hamlin's term as a member of the board ex- jj pired recently and the president re- jj appointed him. It was officially explained that the I president changed the officers in or- I jH der to glvo different members an op- jj portunity to serve and not because of Jj dissatisfaction over the past admin- j stration.
