Railroad traffic Is demoralized de-moralized by huge drifts and snow-slides snow-slides and tbe situation is aggravated by temperatures ranging from 20 to 54 degrees below zero. Missoula reports that the storm which has been raging for 4S hours throughout western Montana without sign of abating Is the most sevore of any within the memory of pioneers.
