Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the Intention of said Board of Commissioners to make the following follow-ing described Improvements, to-wit: To create Van Buren Avenue between Twenty-fourth Street and Capitol Ave-nuo, Ave-nuo, and Lincoln Avenuo between Twentieth and Twenty-first Streets as a sowor district, and to construct therein a sewer of vitrified or concrete con-crete pipe of sufficient capacity, together to-gether with the necessary manholes and to extend six-inch laterals from the main sewer to the curb line and to connect all with the manholes of the present sewer system, and all other oth-er things necessary to completo tho whole In a proper manner according to the plans, specifications, and profiles pro-files on file in tho offlco of tho City Engineer, and to defray the whole of the coBt and expense of tho abuttor's portion thereof by a levy of a special tax to be assessed upon the lots or pleceB of ground within tho following described district being tho district to be affected or benefited by such Improvement, namely: All tho land lying between the outer boundary lines of said streets and a line drawn 132.00 feet back from and parallel to said outer boundary lines on both sides of Van Buren avenue between Twenty-fourth Twenty-fourth street and Capitol avenuo and on both sldeB of Lincoln avenue between be-tween Twentieth and Twenty-first streets, being lot 10, block 31, plat "C"; Lots 3, 2, 3, .24, 25 and 26, Capitol Cap-itol Block Sub-division of Block 30, Plat "C"; Lot 1, Block 6, Five-Acre Plat "A"; Lot 14, Block 7, Five-Acre Plat "A"; Block 5, Riverside Park Addition, Ad-dition, and Lots 1, 2. 3, 4, 5, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, Block 4, Riverside Park addition, all in Ogden City Survey. The total cost of said Improvement Is estimated at 2,000.00. All protests or objections to such improvement or to the carrying out of such intention must be presented in writing signed by the owners of abutting property describing the same together with the number of abutting, front feet and be filed with the City Recorder on or before the 15th day of July, 1916. ' Tho Board of Commissioners at Its first regular meeting thereafter, to-wit, to-wit, the 17th day of July, 1916. will consider the proposed levy and hear and consider such protests or objections objec-tions to said Improvement as shall have been made.
