Show CONDUCTOR REPORTS FOR SERVICE 1 Till G. R. Lawrence, Union Pacific conductor, con-ductor, reports to Ft. Douglas tomorrow, tomor-row, to enlist for service in Mexico, lie has not resigned his position but has beon granted a leave of absence. In a letter to Conductor Lawrence, Trainmaster A. W. McDuffle of tho Wyoming division, says: "In view of you having been called to tho Utah Guard, you are hereby advised ad-vised that upon your return, if in good physical condition, you may resume work with this company, with the samo rights now held," Mr. Lawrence was for six years a commissioned first lleutonant with Company B of Ogden and ho has had seven years training in tho Ft. Leavenworth Leaven-worth war college. |
