Andridge to drive him in an nutomobile, first to Salt Lake and then to Evanston, was not taken into custody in Evanston when representatives of the local sheriff's office were called there by tho arrest oC Andridge. The officers Informed Mr. Hess there was no charge agamst him. Mr. Hess says he was deceived by Andridge in to driving the man around the country, and he was victimized to the extent of $18. . , rr
