At the annual meeting of the Ogden Og-den Furniture & Carpet company, Adam Patterson waB re-elected president: presi-dent: John Watson, vice president; Royal Eccles, treasurer, and E. F. Hundley, secretary and manager. The officers, with Peter Andorson, E. O. Wattis and A. S. Patterson form the board of directors. The company, having leased the Patterson block, which has been occupied oc-cupied as a part of Us furniture store, to the new grocery and meat company to be known as tho Wilcox, Schade & Harris company, two additional stories sto-ries will be added to the Good Luck block to accommodate the business. It is planned to begin the enlargement of the block at an early time at an expense of about $30,000. Tho two exlra stories will furnish double the space now used by the furniture company.
