', - ; 1 H Every child born in Weber County since January 1 at, 1916, is eligible. H fl A savings account will be opened In local banks In the name of each eligible H H child and one dollar will be deposited therein to each account.- They parents of the- H child named will rocelve a bank book showing that the one dollar has been deposited H to the credit of their child, drawing 4 Interest compounded according to the rules Hi H of the bank. The parents will also receive a list of the merchants who have agreed H ,H to adopt this plan and from whom further sums can be o btalncd by -the parents to be H ! added to the savings account of their child. The merchants who adopt this plan H H agree to give the parents and all Interested In the child; who trade with them a cer- H tain per cent In cash of all goods bought from them.
