KJJ LORD FISHER AT A WAR COUNCIL Attends Full Meeting for First Time Since Resigning as First Sea Lord. London, March S, 1 p. m. For the first time since he left the admiralty, Lord Fisher, formerly first sea lord, today attended a full meeting of the war council, presided over by Premier Asqulth. The Invitation to Lord Fisher to attend at-tend the council was extended more than a week ago and had nothing to do with the speech made in the house of commons yesterday by Colonel Winston Spencer Churchill who said Lord Fisher should bo brought back to head the admiralty administration. It is not believed likely that Lord Fisher will return to the admiralty as a permanent member.
