At the regular meeting of the directors of the Iron Blossom Consolidated Mining company com-pany this morning the quarterly dividend divi-dend was again made 10 cents a share, payable April 25 to stockholders of record April 15. On account of metal conditions and the smaller amount of ore that was being mined, the com pany has been paying 5 sehts a quarter. quar-ter. The property is now declared to be in much better shape than for a long time and last month added $40,-000 $40,-000 to tho treasury. This is adding to the treasury above dividend requirements re-quirements of $100,000 a year It was announced at the meeting that the company now has on hand $342,000 and that between $20,000 and $30,000 more will be received by the company com-pany before the dividend is paid. E. F. Birch, assistant manager of tho property, says that the copper showing on the 1900-foot level Is promising prom-ising and tho developments on the 1100-foot level of tho No. 3 shaft, where the big copper ore body Is being be-ing opened up, are showing some good ore. At the meeting of the Rico-Wellington company Manager J. C. Jensen declared de-clared that the property was showing up very satisfactorily, thirty-one cars of ore having been shipped In March. Eight of the cars shipped in February are still unsettled for. Much of the wark of the past month, ho says, was retimberlng, while several new deposits de-posits have been opened up.
