OCR Text	Show DONER IS HURT BY PROHIBITION J S. Carver has returned from Denver, Den-ver, where he spent last week attending attend-ing a convention of retail merchants. Ho reports a good time and a successful success-ful convention Mr Carver states that tho Colorado metropolis is rather quiet at this time, due to a great extent, as explained to him by merchants, to the enforcement of prohibition laws the first of the year Business men are complaining, but that they express hope of better times after a complete readjustment shall have taken place.
