The order was received after G o'clock by Lieutenant Max Gar-ber, Gar-ber, U. S. A., who was instructed not only to muster Mr. Crow into the service, ser-vice, but to pay no attention to court writs seeking to prohibit him from so doing. He acted accordingly. Court-martials will likely follow the trouble with the staff of the regiment. Governor Alexander stated tonight that the insubordination shown by Colonel William H. Edelblute and Majors Ma-jors Lewis, Wilklns and Olson, who he charges are instrumental In instituting insti-tuting action in the state courts to prevent one of his appointees from taking office, -is sufficient ground on which he can institute such proceed ings. nn |
