NECK BANDS AND WRISTLETS OF BLACK VELVET RIBBON. Among the newest accessories to n ; young girl's dress are the dainty neck bands and wristlets made of black velvet ribbon with tiny bunches of flowers to fasten them. A set will require about a yard and a third of ribbon half an inch wide. 12 inches being allowed for each wrist and the remainder for the neck For making the neck band cross the ribbon where it will make it the right size for the neck, fasten with a snap fastener and cover with a small bunch of httle flowers of any kind or color desired. Tiny rosebuds arc particularly favored fa-vored The neck band may be fastened fas-tened on the side, with the ends falling fall-ing either to the front or the hack The wristlets are made in the same way and fitted tight to the wrist. If one does not care for the flowers, a little bow may be used to cover the fastening.
