Show MS, L. UNDERWOOD DIES SUDDENLY IT HIS HOME Charles L. Underwood of 127 Twenty-second street, who has been employed em-ployed for years by the Utah Construction Con-struction eompany, died at his home in this city at 6 o'clock this morning. The end came suddenly and will be a great shoek to his friends in Ogden and elsewhere. For years he had been a sufferer of Brlght's disease, but had not been sick but two or three days and was not dangerously ill but a few hours before he passed away. Mr. Underwood was 65 years of age; was born in Tennessee where he lived until 1901 when he mo ed with his family to Ogden. For several sev-eral years he had been employed on the work of the Utah Construction company in Idaho and Oregon, in fact, he came home from Vail, Ore., just before the holidays The deceased Is survived by the wife, Mrs. Mary A. Underwood, and two sons, Walter L I'nderwood, principal prin-cipal of the Madison school in this city and William I. Underwood, who lives with his family at Canyons'ville, Ore.
