Show CONVICT ESCAPES FROM UTAH PRISON Salt Lake, Jan. 9 Samuel Taylor, aged 22, a ten year convict at the state penitentiary, escaped from that institution some time between 5 30 and 6 o'clock last evenin. and up to a late hour this morning was still I at liberty. Taylor was doing ten years for rob-beryi rob-beryi being convicted in February. 191?.. of having held up and robbed Orson Rudy of '' West Second North street, on the night of January Jan-uary 19 of that year. William Sutherland Suth-erland Taylor's partner, was also convicted, both having confessed to the crime 0.
