Hor son and daughter have their homes In California, and she goes to join them. Vern S. Folkman, who was temporarily tempor-arily appointed to succeed Mrs. Miller at tho general deliver)' window, was notified yesterday by Assistant Post-mastor Post-mastor Garner that tho appointment was confirmed. Mr. Folkman entered the government service 10 years ago when but a boy, as special dollvery clerk, and has gradually worked up to the positions of sub-clerk and sub-carrier sub-carrier and is now a regular clerk, having recently passed tho civil service ser-vice examination with high marks. |
