Tho city may not have tho funds with which to build the H j places and this is an opportunity for two or more of our prominent H I citizens to have rest stations dedicated to their generosity. M k Many cities have these conveniences and Ogdcn should keep up H ijv with this advancement. H I,' The cost of the structures will not be' more than a few hundred Hi dollars. They aro as essential, as drinking fountains. K ij After being built, the stations should be maintained by the city Bj or one of our societies devoted to the public good. |
