They will return re-turn to Ogden on the special after the banquet. Out of Quarantine Joseph Ririe was down town today for the first time since middle of December. His family has been in quarantine for smallpox, he and his daughter Eileen and his nephew, Parley Farrell, all had mild cases. Mr. Ririe says the most Inconvenient part is being a prisoner in one's own house. Mr, and Mrs. Austin Shaw of 507 Washington avenue, are rejoicing over the arrival at their home this morning of a son. In the case of F. A. Stacy against William Stephenson, the plaintiff has given notice of intention to move for a new trial. Evaporating Plant The Weber club "Evaporator"' committee, consisting of A. P. Bigelow, A L. Brewer, Dr. S. W. Wherry, Dr. C. F. Osgood and Dr. H. M Rowe and J. D. Larson, secretary secre-tary of the Ogden Publicity bureau, met with C. C. Miohener today at the club, to further consider plan3 for the establishment of an evaporating evaporat-ing and drying plant in Ogden. At Industrial School Professor E S. Hinckley of the B. Y. U. of Provo, accompanied by hiB family, arrived ar-rived in Ogden today and officially took charge of the State Industrial school as superintendent, succeeding Dr. E. G. Gowans to that position. He went to the school with Dr. Gowans, who is now state superintendent of schools, and is spending the afternoon acquainting himself with, the surroundings. sur-roundings.
