Show uu PETIT LARCENY IN THE BASIS CASES David Barnes, held to await the action ac-tion of the district court under the charge of burglary in the third degree, de-gree, was charged in an information, filed in the district court today by the district attorney, with petit lar ceny. The allegation is that on December De-cember 5, Barnes stole a horse and buggy from Charles Driver, valued at $16 oo. In the matter of the estate of Mary Ann J. Terry, deceased, the petition of the administrator to sell certain real estate, was granted by Judge N. J.
