Show ALGARA ASKS FOR PASSPORTS 1 Mexican Charge Will Leave Washington at Once and Sail for Europe. French Embassy May Handle Future Mexican Affairs Between Be-tween U. S. and Huerta. Washington, April 23. Charge Al-gara, Al-gara, after conferring with Secretary of State Bryan, said that he had made formal demand for his passports and expected to receive them late today. He said he would leave Washington Washing-ton tonight and probably would go to Europe. Algnra said that no foreign representatives repre-sentatives here had yet been designated desig-nated to handle Mexican affairs, but that the situation would probably be turned over to tho Fronch embassy. Secretary of State Bryan, just before be-fore going into conference with the president, said that Charge Algara's passports were being prepared in the state department and would be delivered de-livered to him late today. nn . |
