Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, of the- Intention of said Board to 'make the following described improvements, to-wlt: To lay out, establish and open a public street to be named Endion Avenue, north and south through block 39, plat C, Ogden City survey, said street to be 66 feet wide, being 33 feet east and 33 feet west of the lot line between lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and C, 7, 8. 9, 10, block 39, plat C, Og(Jen City survey, the whole distance dis-tance between Twenty-second and Twenty-third streets, and to defray the whole of the cost thereof, estimated esti-mated at $1,500.00, by a local assessment assess-ment upon the lots or pieces oi' ground lying and being within the following district, being the district to be benefited bene-fited and affected by said improvement, improve-ment, viz.: Part of the land lying between tho 1 outer boundary lines of said street when opened as proposed, and a line drawn 60 feet outward from and parallel par-allel to tho said outer boundary lines, being part of lots 3. 4. 5, S, 9 and 10, block 39, plat C, Ogden City survey, being described as follows: I A strip of land 50 feet wide on the i east side of Endion avenue when open- I ed through said block 39, plat C, Og- j den City survey, described as follows; '1 Beginning at a point 33 feet cast o the southwest corner of lot 10, in said block, on the cast line of Endion aveuue; running thence north along ' the east line of said avenue to the north line of lot S In said block; i thence east 50 feet; thence south to the south line of lot 10 in said block; thence west 50 feet to the place of beginning.
