Show CHILD FALLS OVER A CLIFF IN IDAHO Twin Falls, May 14 While play lug on the brink of Rock Creek canyon can-yon with several other children. Julian, the nine-year-old son of Mr and Mrs. H O. Boone of this city, lost his balance and fell into the canvon, a drop of over fifty feet. In falling he struck two or three ledges, bounding from one to another The children who saw him fall gave the alarm at once and Mrs Stanger and another neighbor hastened down to the bottom of the canyon, where the boy was lying, and carried him to the home of Mrs. Stanger Physicians were called at once and found the bov's skull was fractured. There was also a scalp wound five inches long, and many bruises on his body. The skull was trepanned, as it was pressing press-ing on the brain, and the scalp wound sewed up, after which the doctors stated there was every chance for the boy's complete recovery, barring possible pos-sible infection |
