After a secret investigation, in which state militiamen and others were questioned, the Colorado state military mili-tary commission recently found that. the state militia willfully burned the Ludlow strikers' tent colony, where two women and eleven children perished, and looted the colony. The Women's Peace league, which als6 mad an investigation, found that little children, as well as women, were sabred by the militia, and that fifty women who were about to become mothers were driven by bullets from their tents. . .. . |
