O'Neill company that the entire roadbed of I the street car line on Twenty-fifth j street, between Washington and Har I rison avenues, will be completed In about three days. - A force of con crete workers began operations today at Washington avenue, going east ward, and the big concrete mixer on Hudson avenue, between Twenty-fourth Twenty-fourth and Twenty-firth streets was put to work. The roadbed is completed between Madison and Harrison avenues, leav ing only three blocks to be concret ed. The company expects to finish a block each day
