Show oo CIRCUIT CHANGE IS PLANNED BY FEDS Cincinnati, May 14 Bellevue. Ky , just across the Ohio river from Cincinnati Cin-cinnati is to be the new home of the Kansas City Federal League club. The change is to take place within the next month The deal has been closed and only formal ratification of the same is needed to bring thc team to this city. The new team will be known as the Cincinnati Federal Fed-eral League club. The park selected is now known as Spinks park at the southwest corner cor-ner of Patchen and Fairfield avenues ave-nues in Bellevue, a ten-mile street car ride from Cincinnati. Harry Spiuks, owner of the grounds today conferred with Attorney Gates of Chicago, head or the legal staff for the Federal league and Paul Connolly, Con-nolly, local attorney, who has looked after the affairs of the Federals in the previous attempts to place a team htre and two representatives of President Madison of the Kansas City Federals. Mr Sclnks told them they could have almost 1000 feet of perfects level ground on both the streets that bound the park, which would give almost al-most room to lay off one of thc biggest big-gest ball yards in the country If the planR that exist at present continue.
