Show wimniER OF PIES IT POULTRY SHOW President George A. Poulter of the Ogden Poultry association, was awarded award-ed nine individual premiums at the Salt Lake poultry show Mr. Poul ter exhibited ten birds and among the premiums he received was the first prize for a single pen of single comb Rhode Island Reds. He returned home last night accounted one of the successful participants in the show. The awards which Mr. Poulter received re-ceived were for first, second, third and fourth cockerels, and second, third, fourth and fifth pullets Wilford D Bramwell. president of the Btate association, and secretary ot the Ogden association, also won several sev-eral awards. Mr. Poulter says that the Ogden Poultr show which js to be held In the store room formerly occupied bj the Falstaff cafe, promises to be one of the best ever held in the state. It is c pected ihnt there will be more birds shown here than at any other show, with the possible exception of the State Poultry show, which is to be held at Logan during the Farm ers' Roundup. |
