Harris issued an alternative writ of mandamus to the county board of commissioners commanding th3 board to appear November 24 aud either ei-ther pa the fees of the deputy assess or for services rendered from October IS to November 1 in the sum of $42, or show cause why it is not paid When the writ was served on the board this forenoon, no action was tnkeu In his petition, the deputy avers that he was duly appointed deputy as se6sor by County Assessor T B.
