uu MRS. EMMA FRANK SUING FOR DIVORCE . , Salt Lake. Jan. 20. Through her father, James Fennemore, as guardian. guard-ian. Emma Frank yesterday sued In the district court for annulment of her marriage to Herbert L. Frank at Ogden last July 8. The annulment is sought on the grounds that the girl was not and is not now 18 years of age and had no right to contract a marriage without the consent of her parents. Frank is charged with having exercised exer-cised undue influence on the girl In order to induce her to marry him. and with having made false representation to the county clerk at Ogden in order or-der to obtain a rnarriace license. It is set out that Frank well knew that the girl's parents would not sanction the marriage. According to the complaint, Mrs Frank returned to her parents immediately immed-iately after the marriage had been performed and that Frank left the state at that time and has not returned. re-turned.
