Carl Scott, 18 years old, and Frank Scott, 22 years colored vesterdav afternoon confessed confess-ed to Chief of Police B F Grant and Fire Chief V. H By water that they had deliberately set fire to their home at 2.54 West Second South street lasl Sunday night at 9 o'clock.
