Reedcr this morning The charge against the dentist was that of petty larceny, the other cora-I cora-I plaint, charging grand larceny, hav- ing been dismissed on the recommendation recommen-dation of County Attorney David Jensen. The complaint, signed by Dr Osgood, stated that the supplies taken tak-en were of the value of $50 Dr Clark pleaded guilty to the Charge and tho county attorney recommended rec-ommended to Judge Reeder that the maximum penalty for petty larceny be Imposed, which Is six months In Jail. Immediately after receiving sentence sen-tence the dentist was taken io the county Jail by Deputy Sheriff Hob-son. Hob-son. At the time of th arrest of Dr f'lark In Salt Lake It was stated thai a charge of grand larceny or burglary I would be placed against him. as Dr Osgood had said that the goods stolon; were worth 5300.
