Show ARRANGING EXPEDITION Stefansson to Start on Second Trip to Far North May 1 San Francisco, Feb 19. The com plelion here yesterday of arrange ments for tbe purchase of the Karluk a ?20 ton steam whaler, disclosed plans of Vilhjelmar Stefansson, dls coverer of blonde Eskimos for a second sec-ond expedition to the far north. He will sail from San Francisco May 1 The definite objective of the expedition expe-dition will be the unexplored portion of the Arctic circle north of Brinks Land.
