Show JUDGMENT IS IN FAVOR OF OWENS Iegal entanglements between B F Redman of Salt Ike and Mrs I ora B Topham of this city were partial! unraveled yesterday afternoon whi a Judge Harris rendered a Judgment againBt both of litigants and in favor 'of J. F Owens, the latter suing the parties on a certain promissory note uttered by Mrs. Topham, July 16,! 1912, for $10nu. The defendants did not introduce ' testimony In the case, the plaintiff J merely presenting tb note, but the facts of the case are that Mrs Top- ham made the note In favor of Mr 1 Ite.iman. the understanding being that It should be returned at the eonsum- raatlon of a certain real estate deal i It was not returned, but on the contrary con-trary was sold to Mr Owens The case of B F Redman against Mrs Topham was concluded during the afternoon nnd the court took the matter under advisement This suit was to recover on two promissory UOtes aggregating about $200n, the j suit involving real estate deals that I had been entered into betw een the two parties In Salt Lake, In 1(10.
