Show CITY REFUSES TO PAY THE DAMAGES At the meeting of the city board of commissioners this morning, on the recommeudation of Mayor A. The mayor reported that the dam age claim of J. F. Crosbte for $50 had been referred to the Oregon Short Line company as the alleged injuries to a horse and rig were caused by a leak in the pipe lines of the railroad company at Madison and Monroe avenues. |
