L MEMORIAL TO CONGRESS protesting against the pending immigration baltimore jan 13 the executive committee of the national german al ifancie ot the united states met here today and adopted a memorial for presentation sen tation to congress protesting the peni ang immigration bill this memorial which has the sanction of the executive committee 0 the alliance in twenty two states condemns the bill declaring against the educational test and the increasing of the heal tax proposed by the bill and recommending the creation of a competent commission whose duty it shall be to thoroughly investigate and consider the subject of immigration and report and make recommendations ions to the president and congress at the united states for such change and additions to the law as will fully and fairly meet every requirement qui rement
