Show B OUR $4,000 VOTING CONTEST. H The Evening Standard has decided lo give away $4,000 in val- B liable prircs to the lucky and popular young women in northern Utah The object, of course, is to extend the circulation of the M Evening Standard in localities away from Ogden. In this city the V Standard, without doubt, has more subscribers than any other paper B in the nation, in a city the size of Ogden. but we thought it wise to H include Ogden City in our contest. H The main object of the contest is to extend the influences of H Ogden City to communities from ten to one hundred miles away, H and there our greatest efforts Avill be made. H The contest manager, C. B. Hollister, comes from Davenport, H Iowa. He is an expert in his line and is under bond to perform his H work honestly and justly to all. H The management of the Evening Standard will have nothing B to do with the contest except to furnish the prizes. H At the proper time, the contestants will be called together and H they will select the judges, thus giving each contestant an oppor- R tunity to be personally represented by the judges. |
