There are four separate and distinct divisions of prizes and one district will not compete against another, except ex-cept for the capital prize automobile. By thia arrangement every community communi-ty will receive an equal number of prizes, and candidates residing in towns surrounding 'Ogden will not compete with those residing in the city. Anyone can mako a nomination and it costs absolutely nothing and It is not necessary to bo a subscriber to The Evonlng Standard. Tho name of tho person making the nomination will not be divulged if so requested. Orders for the prizes will be given giv-en the successful candidates at the close of the contest; same may bo used by tho contestants herself or disposed of in any manner she may see fit. Any young woman of good repute residing in tho territory covered bv The Standard Is eligible to competition competi-tion In this contest Anyone who desires to vote in this contest may do so bv clipping coupons cou-pons from the paper and bv special voting certificates obtained by subscribing sub-scribing to The Standard. The certificates cer-tificates may be held as long as desired de-sired and voted at an time up to the closing day of the contest, but tho coupons clipped from the paper aro only good for ten days from tho date of publication and will not bo counted if cast after the date printed print-ed on the coupon. Hew Ballots Are Secured. In all cases where ballots aro issued is-sued subscriptions must be paid prepaid, pre-paid, the full amount of money must accompany each subscription. Nominations should be mailed at once as the names of the candidates will be published in a few days.
