Show MABEL BATEMAN 1$ CRANTEDJIVORCE Judge Howoll this morning granted an interlocutory decree of divorce to Mabel Stucker" against Fred Stucker. The parties -were married at Ogden, December 3, 1910. and on April 9, 1911. Mr. Stuckor left tho home and has since absented himself from the presence of his wife. In the meantime mean-time he has failed to furnish Mrs Stucker the necessities of life. There aro no children. Aside from divorce, costs and attorney fees, the plaintiff Is granted the privilege of resuming her maiden name, Mabel Bateman. In the divorce case of Clara Standing Stand-ing against Abel Standing, the plaintiff plain-tiff has been granted a final decree of divorce The interlocutory decree was Issued August 12, 1911. oo |
