SUIT IS FILED TO CONDEMN LAND Last evening Ogden, City, by Its attorney, Valentino Gideon, filed a condemnation Bult, against Charles R, nnd Frank D McGregor to settle the question of tho valuation of certain property owned by tho defendants which tho city requires for street purposes in the opening of Twenty-ninth Twenty-ninth street, between Washington and Jefferson avenues. Tho olty and tho McGregors could not agree as to tho valuation of the ostatq
