She was born the 22nd day of September. Sep-tember. 1839. at Hallow, Worcester, England, baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints August Au-gust 13, 1SG0, and was the only member mem-ber of her family that joined the church She immigrated to ULih, crossing the plains by ox team in the year lSfil, and was married to .Too Pingree in Salt Lake City Septembor 27, 1861 Mrs. Pingree is tho mother of eleven elev-en children, of which the following survive her James Pingree of the Pingree National Na-tional bank, Annie Karron of McGrath, Canada.; Joseph Pingree, manager of Pingree Bros' company; Hyrum Pingree. Pin-gree. manager Ogden Furniture und Carpet company; Mrs. Ida Scowcroft, wife of Ileber Scowcroft; Frank Pingree, Pin-gree, cashier First National bank, Coalville, Utah.; Pearl Taylor, wife of Lawrence Taylor She also leaves behind 55 grandchildren grandchil-dren and eight great-grandchildren Mrs Pingree was a devoted wife and a kind mother, and spent her whole life in the intorest of hor husband, hus-band, family and church Time ond place of funeral will be announcod later |
