Show HORSE KILLS MAN. Grantsville, Juno SO. While C. Frank Cooley and his brother, Dan Cooley, were in the barn Thursday morning trying to decide -which horse to use on a trip they -were going to make, one of the horsc3 suddenly kicked Frank Cooley in tho stomach with both feeL His brother assisted him to the house and summoned Dr. Schukz to attend him. The doctor did everything possible and also called Dr. Phipps of Tooele, but their efforts were unavailing and Mr. Cooley died the next morning Mr Cooley is survived by a widow and five children, two boys and three girls, Bennett, Daphne, Hannah, Winston Win-ston and Nettie. He alBO leaves two sisters and two brothers, Dan Cooley of Grantsville, Jim Cooler of Oakle3', Ida.; Mrs. Alfred Judd of Burley, Ida,, and Mrs. Henry Jeffries of Grantsville. Mr. Cooley haed been supervisor of the Grantsville forest reserve ever since its establishment and had increased in-creased his former host of friends by his courteous treatment of everyone having business with his office. The funeral was held Sunday from the ward chapel and was nttended by a number of the forestry service men from Ogden and Salt Lake, in addition addi-tion to the host of local friends and relatives. |
