Show FREIGHT RATES ARE SUSPENDED Washington, Feb. 9. A new western west-ern classification of freight, on which the western transportation Hues worked for many months, and which rocentlj was filed with the Interstato Commerco commission, today was ordered or-dered by the commission to bo suspended sus-pended from February 15 to June 25.
