Show PLAIN CITY MAN HAS AN ACCIDENT (Correspondence) Plain City, Oct 8. Yesterday afternoon aft-ernoon Robert Knight, an old-tlmo resident of Plain City, met with a very serious accident Ho was found by a boy staggering and falling about In ono of his ilelds- near Plain City, his hat missing, his face cut and bleeding, and, apparently, unable to speak or to take cognizance of oven H the presence of others H Two hours before, Mr. Knight bad H ridden into tho field horseback. Tho H horso was standing quietly at some H little distance. On parts of the Bad- H die there wbb dlrL What happened H Is not known, but It is supposed that H tho horse slipped upon the frozen H ground, pitching Its rider forward up- H on his head. Mr. Knight has not M spoken since be was found, and he H has been in a state of unconscious- H ncss for about 20 hours. It is feared H that he has sustained a fracturo of H the skull. H oo H |
